SHIPPING

Do you ship Worldwide?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom and a good number of European destinations. Shipping rates and transit times can found in the Shipping section of our website.

Can my order be shipped to an alternative address?

For fraud prevention purposes we can only ship to either the registered cardholders address if paying by card, or to a "PayPal Confirmed" address if paying by PayPal. However, we can ship to any address if you choose to pay by Postal Order or Cash (bank deposit / transfer). For more details about these payment options click here.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates for the United Kingdom and most other European destinations can found in the Shipping section of our website. Rest of the world currently not available.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders on a same day basis if your order is placed before 2pm.  Transit times for the United Kingdom are typically 1-3 days, European destinations are typically 2-7 days. A more detailed breakdown of transit times can found in the Shipping section of our website. Rest of the world currently not available.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will notify you via email as soon as soon your order is dispatched. The email will also contain a link to your tracking information website.

Is your packaging discreet?

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging and no references to Hydrolab or the contents, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

 

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following types of payment:

  • Debit and Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Cash (bank deposit or transfer)
  • Bitcoins (coming soon)

Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques.

Can I pay by card over the phone?

Yes, however we only accept phone orders from customers within the United Kingdom. Our phone lines are open 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday. Please call us 01904 788275 to place your order.

I live locally, can I collect and pay cash?

Yes, however collection is available 9.30pm-5.30pm. Please call 01904 788275 for further details.

What name will appear on my Card / PayPal statement?

When you purchase goods from Hydrolab through PayPal or with a Debit or Credit card "Direct Fans UK" will appear on your statement.

I've lost my grow tent assembly instructions, can I download them?

Assembly instructions for grow tents bought since 2011 share the same layouts, the only thing that has changed are the model number prefixes. The frameworks are numbered exactly the same from generation to generation.
